What
are your stamps made of?
Our stamps
are made of the natural gum rubber. They are deeply
etched and can be safely used with any type of crafting
ink. |
What
are the mounting options for your stamps* ?
All of our stamps are available in SCROLL CUT- mounted on
Cling Mount and already trimmed ,
ready to be placed on the acrylic blocks.
Some of our stamps are available in SQUARE CUT- these stamps are
mounted on Cling Mount,
you just need to trim them and they are ready to go.
Some of our newer stamps are available as UNMOUNTED - un-cut
rubber that you mount yourself
depending on your personal preference.

How
often do you release new stamps?
We will have new stamps coming out for every major holiday
and will have other new releases every couple of months.
What
is your Angel Policy?
All artwork used to make La La Land Crafts stamps is
original and our stamps are copyrighted. Please give us a
proper credit
when using our products. You may use our stamps to make and
sell handmade cards and other handcrafted items,
and you can also submit your work for publication.
You may not reproduce our images mechanically and/or
electronically, and may not sell the stamped
images of our stamps.
How
much are your Shipping charges?
We ship via USPS
First Class mail with the delivery confirmation option.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation
email and will be able to track your order online.
Shipping within US - $3.50
Orders over $50.00 will receive FREE
Shipping within US.
Shipping to Canada - $5
Shipping International* - $5
*We are not responsible for any dues that International
customers may incur.
What
are the payment options?
At this time we accept payments only through PayPal. You can pay
by any major credit or debit card,
and PayPal account is NOT required.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to process and ship your order within
2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped the estimated
arrival
time depends on the destination.
What
is your Return Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products. If for some
reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
contact
us for
the return authorization number and provide the reason for your
return. No returns will be accepted due to buyer's
remorse.
Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving
order.
Items must be unused and unopened. Once we receive the items,
refund will be issued to your original payment method less shipping charges.
Will
I be compensated if I get published using your stamps?
Yes!!! Of course!!! Just
email us the link to the magazine
and we will give you a credit to our store.
How
do I get my card/project to be displayed in your Gallery?
Email us the photo of your card/project with some
description and your contact information, and we will post it in
our
Gallery for the whole world to see!
